To give here is to water something sacred. It is to say that these stories, and the womxn who carry them, deserve to grow.

Keeper of Sadness started with pain that needed somewhere to go.

For years, Black womxn have given their grief, memory, and joy to this archive. Not as data, but as an offering. As a guide for the womxn that will come after them. What has been gathered here was never meant to sit still. It asks to be tended, carried, and returned to.
